Job Purpose
The Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service on the shop floor, addressing customer needs promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers, offer assistance promptly, and provide a high standard of service to ensure customer needs are met
- Deliver exceptional customer service through upselling, suggesting alternatives, and promptly following up on customer requests
- Ensure a smooth and efficient receiving process for items/shipments, maintain accurate stock management, and support inventory controls
- Report security risks, incidents, suspicious activities, or damaged alarms when identified
- Maintain the shop floor and displays according to brand standards, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and product availability at all times
- Handle cash registers and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently while delivering a seamless shopping experience

- High School Diploma
Experience
- 0-1 year of experience in a similar role
