“EASTER PARIS” COMPETITION – T&CS

Detailed Terms of Participation in the d”Easter Paris” Competition.”

1. Scope of the Competition

Nicosia Mall Management (NMM) Limited with a registered office at 2 Madrid Street, Nicosia 2306 (the “Company“) is organizing a competition called “Easter Paris” (the “Competition“), which will be held on the Nicosia Mall website (https://www.nicosiamall.com) from 18/04 /2022 until 8/05/2022.

• The purpose of these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions“) is to determine the terms of participation in the Competition and the procedure for the nomination of the winners.

2. Exclusion of Contestants
   • Those who fall into the following categories are not eligible to participate in the Competition: (a) employees of the Company, (b) persons of first degree kinship with the above as well as the spouses of these employees, (c) employees of the advertising company DE. LE. MA Communication Ltd.
   • In the event that a person who falls under any of the above categories submits an entry to the Competition, the Company reserves the right to exclude him/ her. If the status of the person is revealed after the completion of the Competition, the Company reserves the right to withdraw and demand a refund of the prize.
3. How to participate in the Competition
   • Participation in the Competition is made from the website of Nicosia Mall (https://www.nicosiamall.com ) in the following way:
   • Memory cards game
   • Fill in the information in the form that will be located on the website
4. How to select a Winner
5. At the end of the competition there will be a draw with all the contestants who followed the above steps where a winner will be selected.
6. Only entries submitted in compliance with the Terms and Conditions will participate in the call. The Company reserves the right to exclude any entrant who violates the Terms and Conditions, or entries that exhibit dishonest or unacceptable conduct.
7. The gift is:

• 2 air tickets for 2 adults and 2 kids to Larnaca-Paris / Paris Larnaca
• 3 nights in a hotel 4*(one room)

8. Duration of the Competition
   • The duration of the Competition is defined as the period from 18/04/2022, at 10:00 until 8/05/2022, at 13:00. Any submission of entry after the end of the competition is void.
9. Information on the award
   • The winner will be notified within [3] calendar days after the draw with a message to the contact details he/she will give to the Company when submitting his/her participation in the Competition.
   • With this notice, more details will also be given regarding the gift as well as the procedure for its receipt and use.
   • In the event that it is not possible to communicate with the winner within the time period of 3 calendar days from the day of notification for any reason (including reasons of force majeure), or in the event that the winner is delayed or does not wish to receive his/her prize within the above deadline, he/she permanently loses his/her right to the prize and the Company reserves the right to choose another lucky winner through the entries submitted. The Company will contact the 1st runner-up,  who must respond within 3 calendar days. This process will be repeated until the prize is delivered to a winner.
   • The Gift is personal, is not transferred to other persons, and is not exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with another offer or discount.
10. Liability
    • The Company bears no responsibility for any failure on its part to fulfill its obligations as a result of any event beyond its reasonable control.
11. Publicity
    • The Terms and Conditions in the Competition are posted on the Company’s website https://www.nicosiamall.com.
12. Personal Data
    • In order to conduct the Competition, it is not necessary to collect personal data other than those collected for the submission of participation in the competition through the Company’s website. The Company will use the personal information of the participants in accordance with the privacy statement located in the www.nicosiamall.com/privacy-policy.
    • The Company may, upon delivery of the prize, request from any beneficiary of a gift any further information that may be necessary for the completion of the delivery of the prize or for the tender procedure. Any additional information will be provided with the express consent of the beneficiary of the prize and any persons it may represent (to the extent that the processing of personal data of third parties is necessary).
    • The Company reserves the right to publish the name of the lucky winner along with any material published by the winner in the context of the Competition, in its accounts in all media and on its website.
13. Contest Revocation – Modification of Terms
    • The Company is entitled at its sole discretion to postpone or cancel the Contest or to modify the Terms and Conditions (including the duration of the Competition, the date of the Draw and the change of the prize), without notice.
14. Acceptance of the Terms of the Competition
    • Participation in the Competition implies the unconditional acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
15. Applicable Law
    • The Terms and Conditions are governed by Cyprus Law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the Competition shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus.
